Shipping policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Dasz Studio offers free shipping on all small domestic orders within the U.S.

Except on Exlusives due to their size and probability to need art crates to ship.

Standard Ground Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm EST should be shipped between 3 business weeks. We don't have stock of artwork, each piece is made to order. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). We ask that customers allow up to 21 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY: Most artworks are fresh made when an order is placed and they leave the studio within 3 weeks after an order has been placed. Some more complex artworks on board can take an extra day to completely dry/set/cure. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the artwork to be shipped. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Dasz Studio is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less time to be delivered, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
