Refund policy

Dasz Studio offers returns on some full price merchandise within 7 days of your order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Custom items from our Exclusive collections can not be refunded.

To start a return, you can contact us at store@daszstudio.com , please ensure to include your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. A return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note, that return shipping fee and restocking fee is associated with returns and exchanges.

Once your return is prepared, you can drop it off at any FedEx location, leave it with your doorman/mailroom, or schedule a pick up here: https://www.fedex.com/grd/rpp/  All returns are shipped back to our studio via FedEx Ground in Brooklyn. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. Delivery dates may vary depending where you are shipping from. 

 

International Returns

Dasz Studio does accept international returns. All fees for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you opt in to use Route you can resolve the issue directly with them.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Dasz Studio has the right to refuse returns. If you are outside our 7 day return period, you have altered the artwork , or your work is from our exclusive collection.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Dasz Studio does not offer exchanges on International orders.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
